Haven’t been here in a few years but had an absolutely great experience there today. Sushi was fresh with large portions of fish in all the rolls we had. I’ve worked in sushi restaurants since 2003 and I just can’t say enough how delicious everything was. Great quality and on top of the food our service was outstanding! Our server Carson (name on our receipt) seriously gave my stepson and I the best service I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. I would hire her in a heartbeat if I was still managing restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was top notch. Some of the best Japanese food I've had. A must try if your in Charlotte NC . It's right outside the city and such a wonderful find. It was really busy when we got there but didn't wait but about 10mins for a seat at the bar . My wife and I ordered a few things and it was so good and so much food . If your in Charlotte try it out.

As always, I enjoy every meal at Ru Sans. My personal favorite is the Katsudon Bowl, which is pork cutlet with eggs and onions over rice. If you want a bit of a kick, you can request it spicy. For their sushi, it's not expensive and the specials are all delicious. I always order the Green Dragon Roll. I was able to attend lunch today so I ordered their lunch special as well, Set E, which included a spicy tuna roll and 10 pieces of salmon sushi pieces. If you're in the area, definitely check this place out. They have been around for years. From when I first visited in 2012 until now, the food has always been good.

Great service and very fresh food. ????????????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The fried calamari was definitely the highlight as it was cooked to perfection. ???????????????????? The mussels were definitely my second favorite ???????????????????? I am not a sushi guy but it was definitely fresh ???????????????????????????????????????? The place was clean to some degree can be better. The prices are very reasonable for fish restaurant but don't expect to get full as you would need alot of food if you are very hungry. ???????????????????????????? Staff was friendly, especially Bianca ???? Great experience!

I love Ru San’s! I’ve been coming here for years & have never been disappointed by the sushi. The person I went with got the tempura dinner while I got 2 rolls. Both were fantastic. Service is always good & food fantastic.

Rusans is the place I take friends who love sushi so they can have the best sushi of their lives. I have personally never found anyplace better. This weekend was no exception when we took my son for his birthday. From the appetizer to the dessert we had an amazing meal. It's probably been over a year since I've been and it's good to see that nothing has changed. The restaurant keeps getting better and better over the last 20 years.

We visited on a Friday afternoon, wasn't busy. We ordered the spicy udon seafood noodles, calamari, shrimp tempura and chicken and shrimp teriyaki. Delicious meal! Great service and atmosphere! Very chill

I had a great experience here last night. I took my little boy here for his 11th birthday. The quality of the food was amazing please please please go with the fried rice which you can add a protein too. I swear you can split this plate with three people food is amazing and it was very pleasant atmosphere.

I came in here around 3pm on a Tuesday. They have a lunch menu but it ends at 2:30. For food, I ordered two rolls - the Atomic salmon roll and the Summer mango roll. Both were delicious and more than enough food for one person. My favorite of the two was the atomic salmon.
